  • Steve’s latest book, Private Svoboda, has been chosen to be presented at the Western Pennsylvania Council of Teachers of English Festival in May 2015 and Steve has been chosen as the Keynote Speaker.
  • In May, 2014 First Place was awarded to Steve by the Rochester, (MI) Writers First Page Contest judges for the book Brothers Popovic and he also received the Best In Show designation for the organization’s multimedia contest.
  • Steve has joined the Naples Writers’ Forum where weekly reviews critique and promote local authors’ works.
  • Each year the Dearborn Library Foundation sponsors an Essay Writing Contest for Dearborn 12th graders. Essays are to be submitted in January each year.Watch for details on Steve is Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of the Foundation

    Steve Roberts was born in Greenville, Ohio, the son of a small-town golf pro and a mom who managed the golf pro shop. The small family lived in the other half of the pro-shop building.
